How it Works
GeoEDGE developed a secure and scalable web-based platform for MSM Manpower Co., Ltd to manage and streamline their worker recruitment and deployment processes. The Manpower Information Management System (MiMS) serves as a centralized digital solution to handle international and domestic worker data. It allows agencies and recruiters to track worker profiles, medical records, contracts, loan agreements, and more, all from a user-friendly interface. The system reduces paperwork, increases data accuracy, and enables efficient access to critical information anytime, anywhere.

Process & Results
Our team began by mapping MSM Manpower’s operational workflows and identifying inefficiencies in their traditional, paper-based process. Based on these insights, we designed a tailored system to digitize every step—from candidate registration and contract generation to document uploads and financial tracking. Special attention was given to role-based access, multilingual support, and secure data handling.
The resulting platform has improved operational efficiency, minimized human error, and enhanced coordination between agencies, recruiters, and employer countries. MiMS is now an essential tool in MSM’s daily operations, supporting better decision-making and faster processing of manpower services.
