How it Works
GeoEDGE partnered with SG Co., Ltd to assess and modernize their enterprise IT infrastructure, which supports both their real estate business and in-building internet service operations. The scope included strengthening the enterprise network’s security posture, implementing web and traffic filtering to safeguard against misuse and threats, and improving backup connectivity for uninterrupted data access.
A key component of our work was developing a hybrid backup and disaster recovery strategy—migrating vital finance and CRM data from on-premise servers to a secure cloud-based platform. Process & Results
We started with a full diagnostic of SG’s network, identifying bottlenecks, security gaps, and points of failure in their existing architecture. Our team then created a tailored action plan including the deployment of intelligent firewalls, content filtering systems, and failover backup connectivity to minimize downtime. For data protection, we designed and implemented a scalable cloud backup solution that allows automatic synchronization and secure recovery of financial and customer data.
